Welcome to my page! I love history, especially the Middle Ages, the Russian Revolution, the Renaissance...you get the idea. This page is dedicated to eras of "poofy" dresses, knights in shining armor, and spiraling staircases. And even though women didn't have much freedom, by no means were they weak.

Books by Tamora Pierce--an awesome author! These books actually take place in the fictional country of Tortall, but their lifestyle is loosely based on the Middle Ages. I haven't met a person yet who has read and didn't like these books.

Books by C.L. Grace--These books take place in medieval Canterbury. The physician Kathryn Swinbrooke is responsible for solving several murders involving sorcerors, scorned lovers, and evil tax collectors.

Harry Potter--C'mon, if you haven't heard of Harry Potter, you've been living under a rock for the past several years. Perhaps this doesn't fit with my medieval pages, but you gotta love Harry, so he stays here.

Disney--Animated movies are the way to go. They're definitely *not* medieval, but they're worth watching!
